How to Run a Report

We believe that running a background check should be straightforward. That is why we are going to take you through the different steps that will help you get the background check that suits your needs. We will walk you through the entire process below:

Step 1

Make sure that you select a background check that meets your needs. If you are unsure which background check is right for you, make sure that click here to find out the available information.

Step 2

Enter the available personal information about the person that you have. Before you can run a search, you are going to need to know their first and last name, and also know their date of birth. There are certain searches that require you to have more information (e.g. their social security number). Once you have entered the information, make sure to click “Next”

Step 3

Sign into our service if you already have an existing account. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one. Enter the username you would like to use, e-mail address, and password. Click “next” to register your account.

Step 4

Double check. Because we want to offer only the information that is relevant to your needs, you will need to double check the information here. If you want to make some changes to your search, you can go back and edit the information that you entered. Make sure that you have the right type of search selected. Click “next” to generate your search.

Step 5

You will be presented with the available information once our database has processed your request. If you have requested a specific search, you might have to wait before the results become available. You will be notified by e-mail when the search is complete.

You do not have to save the page or write down the information. The information is going to be available to you for the remainder of your subscription with If you would prefer to have a hard copy, you can either print the report or save the PDF.
